At JC Fashion for Women, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care in checking all products before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.
 

Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund or replacement will be considered only under the following conditions:

  • If the product received is damaged

  • If the product received is incorrect (wrong item or wrong size sent)

To be eligible, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product, along with clear unboxing photos or videos as proof.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Minor fitting issues

  • Products that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged)

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will process the refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment or as store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect after approval.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from our side.
